YOUTH IMPACT ORGANISATION PARTNERS WITH SOUTHERN AFRICA TRUST FOR REGIONAL KNOWLEDGE-SHARING EXCHANGE
6/9/2026
Members of our staff recently had the privilege of traveling to South Africa for a transformative learning and knowledge-sharing exchange, made possible through the generous support of the Southern Africa Trust. The intentional gathering converged dynamic organizations and passionate change-makers from across the region, all bound by a shared commitment to strengthening civil society and driving deep, lasting impact within African communities. Throughout the intensive engagement, our staff immersed themselves in vibrant dialogues exploring innovative approaches to organizational learning, sustainable capacity development, adaptive leadership, and cross-border collaboration.
The exchange provided a powerful platform for our staff to step back and reflect on our current methodologies, openly sharing our own field experiences while soaking in invaluable insights from peers working across diverse regional contexts. The strategic lessons harvested from this journey are already being integrated into our core operations. Moving forward, these fresh perspectives will help our staff refine our organizational systems, enhance the design of our grassroots programmes, and significantly scale up our impact among the youth, women, children, and communities we walk alongside in Malawi.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the Southern Africa Trust for their visionary investment in the learning, growth, and resilience of the civil society sector. The wealth of knowledge, strategic connections, and renewed inspiration gained during this journey will continue to shape the work of our staff for years to come as we strive to build stronger, more self-reliant communities.
